At present, the processing capacity of gold ore containing arsenic , antimony and carbonaceous shale has been greatly increased, which makes the ore processing of these ores more complicated.

The ore studied in this paper is a low-sulfide ore containing gold, arsenic and carbon. Arsenic metal ore minerals pyrite and pyrite, and much iron hydroxide content. Gangue minerals as quartz, mica and white carbonates.

About 16% of the total ore of gold is in a free state, 64% of gold is symbiotic with sulfides, and the rest is associated with carbonaceous shale. The particle size of the gold particles is between 0.008 and 0.032 mm.

Due to the presence of free gold in the ore, it is necessary to recover the free gold by re-election at the beginning of the sorting process.

The ore was re-selected with a KLI-30> shaker under different grinding fineness . Under the optimal conditions of grinding fineness of 65%-0.074 mm, the gold recovery rate of the re-selected concentrate is 35.28% , and the concentrate yield is 2.34% . The concentrate obtained at this time does not meet the requirements of the process conditions in terms of arsenic content.

The ore flotation is required using a different process (as shown).

Separation of carbonaceous shale from the process prior to sulfide flotation will reduce gold recovery.

If the ore is floated according to the process shown in the figure, the best indicator of gold recovery can be obtained, that is, the gold recovery rate of the concentrate is 92.94% .

Adding kerosene during the grinding process to passivate the carbonaceous shale can make the yellow medicinal amount in the flotation circuit 300 grams / ton reduced to 150 grams / ton.

After re-election of the tailings, the fineness reaches 80% - 0.074 mm . Research on the recovery of gold from re-election of tailings has shown that the flotation time is reduced to 35 minutes.

According to the process of re-election + re-election of tailings flotation, the recovery rate of gold is 92.98% .

The beneficiation process indicators obtained according to the above process are basically the same as the direct flotation process indicators.

In the laboratory conditions, the two-stage flotation of the ore and the separation of the slime from the flotation process did not improve the various process indicators. It is virtually impossible to recover gold from ore by adsorption cyanidation.

Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to use a direct flotation process to treat such ores. The direct flotation process has been tested under semi-industrial conditions.

Under continuous working conditions with fresh water, according to a direct flotation process of ore, the yield of flotation concentrate can be greatly improved by accumulating ore (about 13.98% ). The gold recovery rate transferred to the flotation concentrate was 87.84% .

In order to reduce the yield of flotation concentrates, two-stage flotation processes using fresh water and recycled water followed by carbonaceous shale were also tested. During the 22 shifts, the effect of the full cycle on the process specifications was examined. During this time, the water return process was 11 times. The amount of fresh water added during the addition was 33.3% of the total water consumption .
