Continuous monitoring of the cylinder temperature is the first time in the company's diesel engine test. When the temperature of each cylinder was found to be uneven, the company's leaders and engineers and technicians conducted a careful analysis, listed four reasons why the temperature unevenness may exceed the standard, and checked them one by one. The fuel rack of the oil pump is adjusted to keep the overall oil supply of the high pressure oil pump synchronized. The solution to the problem of excessive temperature non-uniformity of diesel engine single cylinder indicates that Hechai Company has made great progress in introducing and digesting technology.

A corrugated pipe belongs to the newly developed component of the diesel engine and is installed at the exit of the diesel turbocharger. The bellows cracking occurred during the installation test, which has never appeared before. The technicians of Hechai Company jointly analyzed with the manufacturer to find out the reasons, and proposed five improvement measures, such as improving the bellows structure, installing the draft tube, and performing heat treatment, to solve this problem.

During routine oil testing, testers found the problem of reduced oil viscosity. Upon inspection, the original A2 cylinder injector limit valve has cracks, which cause the fuel to enter the oil and cause the viscosity to drop. The technicians analyzed the cracks of the limit valve and confirmed that the material was unqualified. At the same time as the rectification of the supporting factory was carried out, the company also increased the re-inspection of the product.
