Shenyang: Self-developed heavy-duty transmission assembly line

December 2012, signed by the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Fast Company and Xi'an heavy truck transmission assembly line in 2012 won the National Special support intelligent manufacturing equipment development. At present, the implementation of the project project is progressing smoothly. The key technology related to the assembly line has been verified by the actual production process. The joint debugging of the entire production line is underway.

The heavy truck transmission assembly line project focuses on the research of system integration technology for the flexible automated assembly line of heavy truck transmissions and was developed by the Research Laboratory of the Automation System of the Shenyang Institute of Automation. The project uses the high-precision airborne intelligent conveyor system as the core technology, and the integrated automation function device is the leading innovation. It has overcome the key technologies for the design and manufacture of heavy-duty truck automatic assembly equipment and production lines. The project has independent intellectual property rights. Based on this, it has formed the ability to design, develop and implement an automated assembly line for heavy-duty transmissions, improve the product assembly quality of transmission manufacturers, and advance the technological upgrading and high level of the automotive industry in China. The formation and development of standard automotive equipment industry. The successful completion of this project marks that China's complete equipment design, development and manufacturing capacity in this field has reached the international advanced level.

Since its entry into the automotive equipment manufacturing industry in 2003, the Shenyang Institute of Automation has been focusing on research, design, development, and manufacturing of complete sets of equipment for automotive transmission assembly lines. Over the years, Shenyang Institute of Automation has provided more than 20 automotive transmission complete assembly production lines for automobile transmission manufacturers, providing strong technical support for the rapid development of China's automobile manufacturing enterprises. With the rapid development of the automotive industry in recent years, the economic strength of China's automobile manufacturing enterprises has been greatly improved. The technological advancement of transmission products has imposed higher requirements on assembly lines, and the continuous increase in manpower cost has also forced companies to seek out an assembly line automation solution.

In 2011, Shenyang Automated Institute and Xi'an Fast Company signed a high demand for the advanced technology of automation and related assembly technology for the heavy truck transmission assembly production line project, which fully reflects the strong demand for technological advancement of complete sets of manufacturing equipment.
