At present, there is no specific production of cleaning equipment for sesame processing. General enterprises are self-made sieves on the spot, and the process is simple and not suitable for large-scale production. The original production equipment mainly has the following problems:

(1) Simple cleaning of raw materials in the early stage: Excessive impurity content, low yield, and high energy consumption. The content of refined sesame is about 1.5%. The procedures are numerous and complicated, the screening path is poor, and energy consumption is high. (2) Poor working environment: The vibration of the production machinery, the screening equipment such as stone removal are not sealed, the dust of the raw material is increased during the cleaning process, and the dust emission device is not discharged at the outlet of the waste product, causing the dust and yellow in the workshop and the plant area to fly upwards. The environment is poor and seriously damages the physical health of operators. (3) Finished product yield is low and breakage rate is high: sesame has many turnovers in the processing process. Due to thin and thick sesame, high oil content, many abrasions cause most of the sesame peel to fall off, forming oil powder sticking to the pipe, screen surface and Fan blades increase the load on the equipment and reduce its life. At the same time, the breakage rate of finished products increased and the overall sesame production rate decreased, which affected the inherent quality of sesame seeds. (4) The equipment is complex and prone to failures: it is mainly manifested in the connection of the equipment, running, running, dripping, and leaking in the screening area. When the material is charged in large quantities, there is a blockage, resulting in damage to the components and even burning of the motor.
