Signal control cable structure

The signal control cable is a signal transmission tool and has a certain application in many fields. Insulation: Physical and chemical properties comparable to those of jackets. In narrow environments, jackets, screens, and layers can be removed and used individually as conductors.

Shielded cable wrap: The wrap layer is a selected polymer material that is primarily designed to prevent damage to the shield and insulation. It also enhances the overall mechanical properties of the cable.

Shielding: Exquisite metal materials (using copper or tinned copper) on the one hand have to derive the interference signal smoothly, and the fine metal wire must have sufficient bending resistance to avoid metal debris from affecting other electrical equipment.

Sheath layer: excellent mechanical properties, able to withstand high-strength metal impact, cutting. With very high tensile strength, it can also withstand long-term repeated bending.
