The arc gear oil pump adopts the most advanced continuous contact gear which is considered to be the most advanced in the conveying pump, namely the double arc plus sinusoidal curve compounded into the tooth shape, which can completely eliminate the involute gear pump. The circular arc gear has continuous contact between the two meshing tooth profiles. It does not produce oil trapping phenomenon.
