The waste gas treatment equipment built by Jilin Petrochemical Company's synthetic resin plant using domestic advanced technology has been put into operation recently. The device can increase the removal rate of organic poisons from ABS production wastes to more than 99% and meet the national emission standards.

In order to solve the problem that once plagued the exhaust emission of the ABS plant in the plant, the researchers of the plant used the advanced domestic regenerative catalytic combustion process to construct a new exhaust gas treatment device to meet the standard treatment of the exhaust gas of the ABS plant. The assessment shows that the device can process 27000 standard cubic meters of waste gas per hour to achieve exhaust emission standards; a unique thermal storage ceramic heat exchange design enables the device heat recovery efficiency of 95 to 97%, saving fuel costs.
