The new 10,000-ton yellow phosphorus electric furnace technical reform project has achieved new breakthroughs in the technological and equipment technological transformation. It has four major highlights: First, the Φ700 graphite electrode was used for the first time in China. This will not only reduce the electrode consumption, save production costs, but also reduce the incidence of electrode breaking accidents, and increase the safety production stability factor and driving rate. The second is to use electric furnace quench slag to achieve slag water separation. The project uses two electric furnaces to share a set of dehydration devices, which effectively saves the device's floor space and investment, and saves the cost of phosphorus slag transfer and loading. The third is to use a metal membrane filter to filter crude phosphorus. Simplifying the crude phosphor refining process through the process and using two electric furnaces to share a set of filtration equipment, which improves the flexibility of the electric furnace for the production of phosphorus. The fourth is to use spiral plate heat exchangers to reduce the temperature of yellow phosphorus furnace water. This transformation enhances the effect of phosphorus vapor condensation in yellow phosphorus production and improves yellow phosphorus recovery. In addition, the renovation project also has innovations in the use of tail gas heat energy, electrode mechanical lift and pre-sinking structure transformation in the yellow phosphorus furnace.
