Fourth, the screen printing content should be clear, complete, uniform color, no flash, defects, tailing, pollution phenomenon, the specific content, location, pattern and font size of all screen printing, detailed description by the corresponding drawings, the manufacturer strictly Drawing design requires silk screen printing.
Fifth, the color is in line with the model, normal vision is not observed under natural light or fluorescent light, and there is no color difference in the same batch of products. The surface of the coating is smooth, even and uniform, and the surface must not have to go back to stick, particles, leaking bottom, and hemp. Point, hair, wrinkle, mechanical damage and other defects.
After the screen testing standards, the next box test standards. There are many detection methods for LED display screens. The commonly used tools are: vernier caliper, tape measure and level ruler. Box inspection requires that inspectors must strictly follow the designer's drawings to inspect the box materials one by one to check if there are fewer or missing parts.
The box detection should pay attention to six issues:
First, the LED display cabinet dimensions deviation is not greater than 0.5mm, the difference between the two diagonals is less than 1mm;
Second, check whether the burrs are removed, whether the acute angle is blunt, and where there is no need to shave hands or stab hands;
Thirdly, each nut and nut column must be treated by the back teeth to ensure that the screws can lock in smoothly;
Fourth, check whether the overall assembly requirements of the box are faithfully processed according to the drawings. All parts (such as locks and hinges) must use the existing standard parts. The mechanical strength and sealing performance must be ensured during assembly.
Fifth, the welding of the box must be solid, no welding, leakage welding and other phenomena, the welding point must be polished, the weld needs to do ash treatment, the treatment process must be strict standards, the weld must be polished seal waterproof Smooth and smooth without sharp corners;
Sixth, LED module hole punching and welding should ensure that the positive flatness, the surrounding panel shall not have warping, deformation, flatness error is less than 1MM, the front panel of the box positioning hole size strictly controlled, aperture size and hole The distance error is less than 0.1mm. The X and Y directions of the axis of the group hole should be on the same straight line respectively, and the straight line should be perpendicular to the box edge respectively. The verticality is less than 1mm.
