How to determine whether the company has the factory inspection ability

To determine whether an enterprise has the capability of factory inspection, it shall inspect the enterprise's factory inspection system, personnel quality, laboratory environmental conditions, equipment and inspection records according to the "Implementation Rules", and the enterprise shall meet the following requirements:

1. Independent inspection agencies that exercise product quality inspection and have quality veto power;

2. The inspection agency has a sound product quality management system, including job quality standards, quality responsibilities and corresponding assessment methods;

3. The inspection agency has the inspection equipment and equipment required by the relevant product technical standards, which can meet the requirements of the specified accuracy and detection range, and pass the metrological verification and are within the validity period;

4. The inspection agency has the number of employees that meet the needs of the inspection work. The inspection personnel are familiar with the standards and pass the training assessment.

5. Can provide scientific, fair, accurate and timely inspection report, and issue a certificate of product quality inspection.

An enterprise that meets the above requirements and can complete all the factory inspection projects can be identified as having the factory inspection capability. If one or more inspection items cannot be tested, the plant does not have its own factory inspection capability
