On the afternoon of May 22, Ding Guohua received the honorary certificate of human organ donation from the staff of the Provincial Red Cross Society. The 37-year-old Lean farmer said after suffering from illness for many years: "I don't really have any lofty spirit. Ding Guohua lives in Changjiang Village, Zenguo Town, Le'an County. In a car accident in 2006, he caused a comminuted fracture with paraplegia. Later, when his father passed away, his wife and his daughter also left him. He could only live with his sickly old mother.

The help of the local government and neighbors made him feel the warmth of society. The relevant departments had provided him with rural subsistence allowances and medical insurance, free wheelchairs, orthoses, and barrier-free toilets. His neighbors will also send him some necessities for life.

In the fall of 2010, Ding Guohua got a serious illness. Ding Guohua, who passed away with death, felt that he wanted to do something for this society in order to return good caring people's love. From then on, he created the desire to donate organs. In mid-May of this year, Ding Guohua had a fever, and what he missed on his bed was how to donate his organs. After careful consideration, on May 21, he called his family to the bed and spoke to them about his organ donation. After some careful persuasion, the kind old mother and simple big brother also understood and supported Ding Guohua’s actions. .

On May 22, when the provincial Red Cross staff came to Ding Guohua's bedside, he said: "My rating is that I can donate my organs to those who need them after my death, and make contributions to society. After the doctor diagnosed his health status and confirmed that he was suitable for organ donation, Ding Guohua took the initiative to sign an application form for body donation registration. On the morning of May 23, the Le'an County government sent Ding Guohua to the county hospital for free treatment.
